Charges and legal requirements fully explained

In order to own property in Bulgaria as a non-Bulgarian resident, you will need to first set up a Limited company. We can do this for you for a total fee of £350 - the majory of other companies charge over £500 for this. We can also arrange for your annual accounts to be completed by our Bulgarian based accountant for a small annual charge.
The Bulgarian government do intend to change this policy in the near future but for now we guarantee to make this totally stress free and deal with all the paperwork and provide you with English translations at no extra charge.
The only additional fees payable are the government notary fees which generally come to around £450 depending on the price of the property. As you will notice this is substantially cheaper and easier than buying in the UK, US and other parts of Europe.
We always encourage our clients to visit Bulgaria and view a variety of properties before making a decision. We generally have far more houses available than we list on the website. If you find a property you like we can arrange for you to see as many as 10 houses of similar price, location and style on your viewing trip. Your entire purchase can be completed during one short viewing trip and then it's just a matter of us doing all the complicated stuff in your absense.
You could opt to purchase without visiting Bulgaria if you are worried about missing out on a particular property or you may with to return to the UK before making your decision but you will need to be in Bulgarian within 30 days of agreeing to buy in order to sign the legally required forms.
Either way, once you have decided to buy your Bulgarian home we will require a 10% deposit and then the full balance is payable within 30 days.
